Joe’s roots are in the Cedar Rapids metro area – he’s a 1987 graduate from the Kirkwood College architecture program and has been designing homes ever since, earning local, regional and national accolades along the way. He entered the commercial arena in 2005 when Compass Commercial Services and Fusion Architects were developed.

Commercial Realtor: Craig Byers

Craig celebrates his tenth anniversary in commercial real estate this year. Since 2008, he’s helped clients in the retail, office, industrial and multifamily industries find the perfect location for their businesses. Craig, a licensed salesperson, has been involved in over $100 million of commercial real estate transactions.

Broker: Scott Byers

Scott’s expertise and wide-ranging experience have earned him state and regional recognition. Accountant Chase Nauman comes to Q4 from Midamar Corporation, where he was tasked not only with regular accounting duties but with designing, implementing and maintaining a sophisticated new inventory tracking system.
